Arrange for a DHL courier to collect express shipments at a time that suits you - DHL delivers worldwide according to your service needs.

There are three methods by which you can arrange to send your shipment with DHL:

call our Customer Service Centre and make a booking
visit our Service Points
use our Ship Now application

Calling our Customer Service Department

Before calling, please prepare the following information:

Full address, including postcode
Full name of the company, including the contact person
Telephone or fax numbers (if this is not available when you call us, please have this ready before shipment collection)

Content
Estimated weight and dimensions (the highest value between the actual weight and volumetric weight of the shipment will determine the shipping charge)
Place of collection
Time when your shipment will be ready for collection

The Customer Service Agent will start by identifying you either as a regular or new DHL customer or as a company or an individual. The Customer Service Agent will let you know if your shipment is acceptable for DHL according to:

Standard prohibited commodities list
Romanian customs rules and documentation requirements
The customs rules for the destination country
The shipment weight/size/value:
Maximum length: 285 cms
Maximum width: 190 cms
Maximum height: 185 cms
Maximum weight/piece: 50 kgs (110 lbs)
Maximum value: according with the destination country

The Customer Service Agent will provide you full information regarding the price and transit times based on the shipment details and destination country.

The Customer Service Agent will record your booking and note details of pick-up time.

The DHL Courier will check all your shipment's details upon collection.
